Hi Everyone (or whoever reads haha)

So if you haven't noticed I gave the blog a little bit of a revamp and this is why...

We were driving up to Park City for our 2nd Anniversary celebrations and got talking about what we are going to do now that we are BOTH GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE. (honestly I never thought this day would come). And what we both love to do. Since we bought our town home Dallas and I have loved looking at houses (perks of being a real estate agent) and seeing and talking about what we could do to remodel them. Most people dread trying to buy a new house and we loved every second of it. (I am almost sad now that it's over... almost). But so anyways, we listed our town house at 9 PM on a Monday night and by 10 AM the next morning it was under contract! It was such a blessing and we thought maybe we were selling it too cheap but we had such positive responses from everyone that walked through it that day. So we figured maybe it is something we were sort of good at? Still trying to decide but in the mean time we thought we would document our latest project a little more thoroughly! And share where, how, and what we find to make our new house (project) a home!!

For those of you who did not see it on my Facebook here are all the final pics of our Townhouse. It is very bitter sweet to think of moving. This is where we first moved in when we got married, it is our first home together, it is where we started our little family! But we are so excited for the next chapter in our lives.
